LeadForge builds operational systems for service businesses. We are based in India and operate the website at getleadforge.in.

When this policy says "we", "us", or "LeadForge", we mean the team that runs LeadForge. When it says "you", we mean the person sharing information with us through this website.

When you fill out the contact form, you share: your name, business name, industry, phone number, email address, and the message you write.

We also log standard technical information when you visit the site: your IP address (briefly, for security and abuse prevention), the pages you viewed, the time of your visit, and basic information about your browser and device. This is the kind of information every web server records.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (financial details, government IDs, health information, etc.) through this website. Please do not include any of that in your message to us.

We use the information you give us to do exactly what you asked: get in touch with you about your business, set up a discovery call if there's a fit, and follow up if you don't reply right away.

We may also use it to improve the way we explain our service, but only in aggregate (for example, noticing that many people from a particular industry reach out, never in a way that identifies you).

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to responding to your inquiry.

We never sell your information. We never share it with third parties for their marketing.

We do use a small set of trusted services to run the website and store your message. Each of them has its own privacy commitments:

• Supabase. Stores your form submission in a secure database.
• Vercel. Hosts the website and serves it to your browser.
• Make.com. Receives a copy of your form submission to trigger our internal notifications.

These services act as our processors, which means they handle your information on our behalf and only for the purposes above.

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you and serve you well as a client. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, within a reasonable time frame (see Your rights below).

Server logs are typically rotated within a few weeks.

You can ask us to:

• Access. Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct. Fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Delete. Remove your information from our systems.
• Stop contacting you. Take you off any follow-ups we may have planned.

This site uses only essential technical cookies that are required for the website to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We do not currently use analytics tools that profile individual visitors. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated and we will be transparent about what we add.

We use HTTPS everywhere. Your form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database with access controls. We follow industry-standard practices, but no system is ever perfectly secure on the internet, and we won't pretend otherwise.

If you ever suspect that someone has accessed your information without permission, please tell us immediately so we can act on it.

LeadForge is a service for businesses, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the business evolves. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will also post a notice on the homepage or reach out directly to anyone affected.
